Inspired by the City of Portland, this song is a warning about the fascist Trump regime's campaign of misinformation and manufactured fear, and what happens when people sleep through history class.

Five years after January 6th... and people still defend the failed insurrection that Trump incited that day. Now even our local racists aren't afraid to hand out KKK recruiting flyers at Halloween parades or proudly associate themselves with Nazis.

The 2025 government shutdown threatened to disrupt Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for over 42 million Americans, including roughly 16 million children. The impacted population, totaling more than 40 million, included approximately 8 million seniors and 4 million people with disabilities.  Why? As a distraction to avoid releasing the Epstein files. 

A Love Song!?

I wrote this after losing my mom, who meant a whole lot to me. It’s not meant to explain grief or make sense of it ... but to figure out how to keep our loved ones close, even when they are gone.

This is the true story of how I met my wife. No metaphor, no exaggeration. Just one of those moments where you don’t realize at the time how much your life is about to change. 

I wrote this during a period where I wasn’t proud of how I was showing up in my own life. It’s about recognizing patterns you don’t like in yourself and being honest about how hard they are to break.

Something is wrong and most people can sense it, even if no one agrees on what it is. It’s about watching  our divisions deepen, warnings go unheeded, and realizing the storm isn’t just far off in the distance anymore.
